ABOUT US

Shelley Rigby earned her Master’s in Social Work from Carroll College and is a licensed clinical social work candidate in the state of Montana. With a strong foundation in strengths-based behavioral health and several years of experience in the medical field, she brings a holistic, mind-body perspective to her clinical practice. Shelley integrates an understanding of physical health with mental and emotional well-being, offering a comprehensive, personalized approach to therapy.
She uses a client-centered, collaborative approach, tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of the individual. Shelley specializes in supporting clients through health-related challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and depression, while helping them build effective coping skills, increase resilience, and improve overall quality of life.

Rylie Layser received her Masters in Social Work from Utah State University in 2019 and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Montana. Her experience includes domestic violence/rape crisis centers, working with SPMI (severe and persistent mental illness), and private practice clients of all ages.
She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I) and is able to help clients process how trauma/stress impacts the mind-body connection.
As a therapist, Rylie’s first goal is to build a solid foundation of trust through psychoeducation, emotional regulation, and modeling healthy communication in the client-therapist relationship.

Matt Yaskus received his Masters in Counseling from Oregan State University and is licensed as an LCPC Candidate in Montana. His Years of experience in the public school setting have allowed him to work closely with parents and young people of all ages. He has been able to counsel students in individual and small group settings.
Some of the small groups he has facilitated over the years include Friendship, Academic Success, Grief and Loss, Changing Families, and more. The individual counseling services have typically included a Solution Focused approach in combination with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. A long-time resident of the Bitterroot Valley, he is well acquainted with the people, geography, and culture.
